How does it work?

Intro Call

Arrange a no-cost introductory call to discuss your aspirations and situation. It's essential for us to have a good chemistry fit, ensuring a mutually enjoyable and productive mentorship.

Ongoing Mentoring

Sessions are generally every other week, but we can tailor the frequency to your needs (weekly/monthly). We will establish clear mentoring goals and monitor your progress, focusing on current challenges and opportunities. If desired, we can include joint sessions with your direct manager for goal alignment and support.

Payment Options

Many mentees have their mentorship funded (fully or partially) by their employer, typically through Learning & Development budgets. Self-funding is also an option. It's worth discussing with your employer about contributing to your mentorship, as it benefits both parties.
